Abrasion & Impact-Resistant Refractories for CFBC and AFBC Boiler Critical Zones
Power CFBC and AFBC boilers face intense mechanical erosion and thermal stress in target zones, cyclones, loop seals, and COD vertices. Sharadaa supplies Phosphate Bonded single and double component systems (Plascrete and Refram series) along with Low Cement Castables and Phosphate Bonded Bricks tailored for high-velocity particle impact and temperature fluctuations in power generation equipment.
Power generation facilities, especially CFBC and AFBC boilers, require refractory linings capable of withstanding high temperatures, abrasive ash flow, and aggressive combustion environments.

Product introduction was carried out in a 15 Mt ladle which undergoes frequent pouring and casting.
It completed 20 ladles of circulation as compared to single ladle usage with bottom pouring sleeves
It has also been developed for the higher capacity 30 Mt ladle and is under circulation.
